How do I size the tee and pant?
Tee: Our tees are cut oversized. Size down one for a more regular fit. Check the size guide on each product page for measurements in cm.
Pant: Sizes run true-to-size. The 3% Lycra blend provides comfortable stretch without going up a size.
How long does shipping take?
Express delivery (Cairo & Giza only): 1 working day.
Standard delivery across Egypt: 2–5 business days. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over 2,500 EGP.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange or return any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Will sold-out pieces be restocked?
No. Every drop is limited. Once a piece sells out, it’s gone for good. We don’t restock — we move forward.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD) and card payment (Visa / Mastercard). Free shipping on orders over 2,500 EGP.
Why not 100% cotton?
The fabric is intentionally engineered. 86% cotton delivers comfort and breathability. 14% polyester improves durability, reduces deformation, and helps the garment maintain its shape over time — so it holds its structure wash after wash.
Why is the tee heavier than usual?
Most everyday tees are made from 160–220 GSM fabric. SIGNAL uses 290 GSM premium fabric — giving it a more substantial feel, stronger structure, and improved shape retention that lasts.
Why does the pant keep its shape and not sag?
The pant is built from 320 GSM fabric with 3% Lycra — enough stretch for freedom of movement, enough weight to maintain a clean silhouette through the day. Reduced sagging by design.
Will the tee shrink after washing?
Follow the care instructions — cold machine wash, inside out, no tumble dry, dry flat — and the tee will maintain its size and shape.
